The Pebbleton Warehouse is located south of Apartment Blocks 41 thru 43, right beside the dock.
It is a warehouse mainly used by local businesses to store their hardwares; many old arcade cabinets and displays from Neo's Arcadia, for example, are placed in here. The area sees some activity, but not an awful lot; additionally, the warehouse is not very well-policed, which makes its dark, mostly unlit rooftops popular makeout spots for young couples in Pebbleton when sundown arrives.
The lot which the warehouse stands on was once candidate for Mayor's Office, due to its close proximity to the docks; since the arrival of the commercial buildings in the past two decades as well as the rail and road transits, however, there have been no plans for the vacated space inside the warehouse that was meant for the Office.
